This website is operated by Easy Buy Development Ltd ("we", "us"). We handle your personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
2. What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Company name and phone / WhatsApp number (optional)
- The service you are interested in and your message
If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we keep a record of the conversation to follow up on your enquiry.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and send a quote
- If you become a client, to deliver services, invoice and provide support
We will not use your data for direct marketing without your consent, and we will not add you to any marketing list.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal data. To run this website, data may be processed by these service providers:
- Netlify: website hosting and contact form handling; servers may be located outside Hong Kong
- Google Fonts: when fonts load, your browser sends your IP address to Google
We do not disclose your data to any other third party unless required by law.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use any analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. If you become a client, we keep records as required for business and legal purposes (such as accounting). After that, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS, and only the staff handling your enquiry can access form submissions.
8. Your rights
Under the Ordinance you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to stop using or delete it. Contact us using the details below. We may charge a reasonable fee for handling a data access request, as the Ordinance allows.
