Covers the days each month you make content

A month of social content, generated in one run

AI marketing wires the whole line together: idea, visual, caption, hashtags, schedule. Key images, hooks, body copy and posting times come out in one pass and you only review and adjust tone. Having no time for content shouldn't mean having no content.

Interactive

One source, a month of content

This service helps if any of these is your week

  • You know you should post regularly but stall at making the visual
  • Posting is erratic — busy months mean nothing goes out
  • You run out of topic ideas and repeat the same kind of post
  • You outsource content but the cost and revision loops are heavy

If none of them lands, we will say so and point you somewhere more useful.

What you get

  • Content brand guide — colours, type, voice, layout templates
  • Monthly content calendar with topics, formats and dates
  • Monthly post assets — images, captions, hashtags
  • Scheduler setup and automated publishing flow
  • Monthly performance report with next-month recommendations
  • Source files delivered so you can edit and reuse

Typical scope: 12 to 20 social posts a month, with a two to three week initial build. Platform count, whether video assets are included and whether email sequences are added are the main variables.

Scope

What it actually does

Monthly content calendar, generated

From your industry, seasonality, product lines and past performance we generate a month of topics at once — which day carries which type (educational, product, behind-the-scenes, client story, promotion) so you never run five hard-sell posts in a row.

On-brand visuals, generated

Post images generate from your logo colours (your brand green #C4DA49, for instance), typefaces and layout rules. One template system runs the whole month, so the feed reads as one brand instead of a dozen different styles.

Captions and hashtag sets

Each post comes with a hook, body, call to action and hashtag set, plus one or two alternates to choose from. Tone follows the brand voice you specify — warm, professional or playful.

Scheduled publishing

Once approved, posts queue into Meta Business Suite or your scheduler and publish at the best times on Facebook and Instagram. Nothing depends on you remembering.

Performance review and retuning

Monthly review: which post types earned engagement, which time slots worked, which posts produced enquiries. Next month's calendar reweights on that data instead of repeating on instinct.

Email sequences (optional)

Welcome sequences for new contacts, post-quote follow-ups, win-back flows for lapsed customers. AI drafts the copy, you revise, and it runs automatically in your email platform.

Delivery

From first conversation to live

Every stage ends with something you can look at. You approve it before the next one starts, so you are never wondering how far along it is.

  1. Voice and direction interview

Who your customers are, what they care about, what you want to be remembered for. This step sets the tone AI generates in, and matters far more than the technical setup.

  2. Build templates and the content guide

We produce four to six post templates from your logo colours and typefaces — educational, product, quote, promotion — and document them as a guide the following months reuse.

  3. First month's content and review

A full month of assets goes to you for review. Month one usually carries more edits while the voice calibrates; your corrections go back into the guide, so later months need fewer.

  4. Schedule, publish, review monthly

Content queues into your scheduler and publishes automatically. At month end we review results and reweight next month's topics. You can keep us producing monthly, or learn the workflow and run it yourself.

FAQ

What people ask before we quote

If you publish the AI's first draft, yes. So the workflow is: AI drafts, we revise against your brand voice guide, you review. What actually determines quality is the work before step one — how specifically that voice guide is written. We use your own past posts, emails, even WhatsApp replies as reference so output sounds like how you already talk. And for content needing real material — client stories, behind-the-scenes — we ask you for the raw facts and the AI only shapes them. It doesn't invent stories.

The generation tools we use permit commercial use under their terms, and we don't generate imagery imitating a specific living artist's style or depicting real identifiable people. For anything involving real people — your team, your shopfront, your actual products — we recommend your own photography with AI handling post-processing and layout. That avoids copyright exposure and generally reads as more credible anyway. If licensed stock is needed, it appears under exclusions in your quote for you to decide on.

Month one asks the most: roughly three to four hours to explain your customers, product priorities and brand voice, and to hand over logo files and any past posts. After that it's about 30 to 45 minutes of review a month. If you want real case studies or behind-the-scenes content, we'll also need photos and basic facts — collected through a simple form, so you never have to compose the words yourself.
